Additional site improvements include the redesign of a vault serving the UV disinfection treatment units to alleviate dead mix zones and potential proliferation of insects within the vault, and power source to operate the new UV system. Other Details SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES SOQs must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Design of an Ultraviolet Disinfection Treatment System and Associated Piping at the North Fresno Wastewater Reclamation Facility”. SOQs must be sealed and submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. (PT), March 30, 2023. No consideration will be given to SOQs received after the aforementioned time and date. 1.
