Yes The primary purpose of this RFP is to provide the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) with sufficient information to

select a viable vendor to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Level of Service Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) risk and needs assessment currently used by the Minnesota on adult clients and provide recommendations for any necessary changes to the tool and the supporting supervision standards.
