All Contractors wishing to submit a SOQ must attend this meeting. Pre-qualification of Contractors will be based on the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Any Contractor that is pre-qualified under the Stage I Bidding Process must complete a pre-qualification renewal packet no more than 2 years after their pre-qualification effective date. The University of Utah reserves the right to cancel or amend this solicitation, reject any or all SOQs or to waive any formality or technicality in any SOQ document in the interest of the University.
