Water Distribution Parts

The City of Portland will accept quotations for the opportunity to supply the City of Portland Water Distribution with parts and supplies as needed for the period beginning with council approval July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025. Bidders shall submit sealed quotes in the format specified in the invitation to bid package no later than 10:30 am Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The bids will be publicly open and read aloud at 10:30 am on Wednesday April 24, 2024, at Portland City Hall Council Room, located at 100 S Russell Street, Portland TN, 37186. Bid packets may be picked up at Portland City Hall located at 100 S Russell Street, Portland TN, 37186 or the Department of Utilities, 124 Morningside Drive, Portland TN 37148.
