The Project consists of repair of the Spruce Street Parking Garage. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Contractor must complete Unit Price Table, but Contractor is responsible for completing all repairs included in the bid documents. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Morgantown

Bid Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, GAI Consultants (GAI), 107A Cambridge Place Bridgeport, WV 26330, telephone number (304) 808-6680, facsimile number (304) 808-6684. Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $50 per set (drawings to be provided at 11x17 size). Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a USB drive, are available for $30 per set. All checks shall be made payable to GAI Consultants. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted from the Engineer will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Engineer. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on February 15, 2024 at Public Safety Building, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 in the Conference Room.
