51003 Proposal To Lease State Airport Land - Chignik

PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Parcel F, consisting of approximately 15,600 square feet (ADA-51003), at Chignik Airport for twenty-one (21) years, to expire May 1, 2045. Applicant: Birdhouse Holdings, LLC. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of an aircraft hangar for aircraft storage, and air taxi operations; Parking of mobile fueler for self-fueling, no fuel sales authorized. Annual rent: $1,513.20. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 29, 2024, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
