(WCF) Production Expansion and Administration Expansion, activities such as alterations, renovations and new construction to Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, Texas.3. EVALUATION INFORMATION: This Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be evaluated using the Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures. The most highly qualified offerors will be selected in the first phase after evaluation based upon phase one evaluation factors. This limited number of offerors will be requested to submit Phase Two proposals, to include a technical and price proposal. The Government will evaluate the Phase Two proposals in accordance with the criteria described in the solicitation, and award the Firm-Fixed Price Contract.4.
