Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC), Bridgeport CA has a requirment for washer and dryer maintenance and repair.
There would be around nine visits required, throughout the year, to the MCMWCT. The number of commercial washing and drying machines to be serviced, repaired, and/or replaced will not exceed (30) washers and (30) dryers at any point in time.
The vendor would be responsible for inspecting, repairing, servicing, and replacing if necessary in the locations designated.
If need be, the vendor will be required to uninstall/remove machine from aboard MCMWTC to the vendor's location for extended servicing or equivalent replacement i.e. rebuilding motors that is more feasible at vendor location than service location.
To reduce costs to the government and waiting periods a serviceable unit that is used will be considered equivalent by the authorizing official and vendor instead of replacing with a more costly new unit.
