Video Editing Workstations and Chairs

                                            COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION           This is a combined synopsis/solicitation ("synopsitation" hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a "Firm-Fixed Price" contract  for video editing desks and chairs. The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the provisions in the Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsitation is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a proposal that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopcitation; (2) that receives a rating of "Acceptable" on the Techinical Capability evaluation factor; (3) that submits the proposal with the lowest total evaluation

price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is fair and reasonable.
