Solid Waste Services Collection and Rate Study

The City of Irving Solid Waste Services Department (City) is requesting Proposals from qualified firms to contract with the City to provide professional municipal solid waste collection study and rate analysis. Questions should be submitted individually under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. No verbal or emailed questions will be accepted.
