Transmission Business Unit would like to deploy a new Transmission Outage Scheduler to replace several internal home-built products including the PETS (Planning/Engineering Transmission Schedules) Calendar (in Outlook) and the manual switching order process. This system will store planned transmission outage information, new equipment information, existing equipment information and related supporting information. This RFP has been issued to solicit a cloud solution including: installation, integration, documentation, training, and pre and post support. The selected bidders will be expected to provide professional services as needed throughout the term of the contract. Bidders are encouraged to be innovative in their proposed solutions as to provide the most cost-effective solution while meeting the requirements outlined in this proposal. Shortlisted Bidders will be expected to accommodate a complete demo or pilot which must include all the required services, demonstrating specific capabilities of your solution. You will be asked to demonstrate certain features within your system test of OUC provided data transfer and product functionality. (This demo will provide OUC with an important means for evaluating the product and awarding the contract).
