The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to better understand the products currently available on the open market with respect to Agenda and Meeting Management Systems and determine the best fit for the needs of the Town of Collingwood that provides for an open, accountable and accessible government. The proposed solution will streamline business processes through the use of an Agenda and Meeting Management Software Solution for the management of council and committee meetings, including records and information created as a result of these meetings such as staff reports,

by-laws and policies. Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract Implementation and Go-Live must be completed by end of August 2024 to ensure system is in place for the return of Council at the beginning of September 2024.
