Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Orlando, Florida with an anticipated 85 rooms needed for Friday, 14 January 2022 and 40 rooms needed for Saturday, 15 January 2022. Final count will be finalized on 21 December, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 14 January 2022 until 2pm Saturday, 15 January 2022.
