ADA-32370 Notice of Application for Land Lease at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Lake Hood Seaplane Base

The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32370, as follows: LESSEE: K-Lot, LLC. PREMISES: Block 13, Lot 1 consisting of approximately 199,000 square feet. LEASE TERM: up to thirty-five (35) years. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Development, operation and maintenance a multi-structure general aviation aircraft hangar complex; base of operations for lodge aircraft; development and maintenance of driveways, ramps and taxi-lanes for vehicle/aircraft access, and vehicle parking areas; storage, maintenance, loading and unloading of aircraft; uses incidental to the aviation uses listed above that do not interfere with the primary aviation use purposes of the premises.
