PM 2024-RFP-ESP-011 Shimizu to Ngerngesang Road Paving Project Phase-XV ROP-ESP FY -2024 April 9, 2024 @ 11:00 AM May 9, 2024 @ 04:00 PM At the designated time and place, all proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by authorized government personnel. Project Proposals shall be opened and used only by government personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation process until after the conclusion of negotiations and contract award to a contractor. Project Information Conferences, schedule as shown above, will be held at the BPW Conference Room. The detailed scope of the projects will be handed over to prospective Offerors/Bidders at the start of the Project Information Conference. These projects will be procured through a Competitively Negotiated Contracts as guided by the Procurement Law. The government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any defects in said bids if in its opinion would be in its best interest to do so. Attendance to the Project Information Conference and Site Visit is mandatory for these projects. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, a cashiers check or bidders bond made payable to the National Treasury of the Republic of Palau in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the aggregate proposal. All projects will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
