This project involves the construction of sanitary sewer systems in accordance with the City of Waco Standard Specifications for Construction. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the construction process, including traffic control, construction surveying, site restoration, and protection of facilities in the right-of-way. The project also requires adherence to specific benchmarks, mobilization limits, and insurance and bonding provisions.

Additionally, the contractor must coordinate with various entities such as utility owners and the City's Waste Management Division, comply with state laws regarding underground utilities, and ensure minimal disruption to private properties.
