This Request for Proposals is intended to set forth requirements to establish a one-year agreement. A licensed architect and/or engineer is not required to facilitate the requested strategic and facility study. A licensed trade professional is desired to perform necessary facility assessments, surveys, development of cost estimates that will be incorporated into the final plan. An experienced and qualified professional or group of professionals is required to lead and oversee

execution of both plans.
