Task orders under this contract will be in support of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Primarily used within Los Angeles District (SPL) primarily for Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) and Environmental Remidiation SErvices (ERS), throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, but can be used for other environmental remediation projects within the South Pacific Division (SPD). Offerors are encouraged to review clause 52.237-1 "Site Visit" within this RFP, Amendment 0002. Offerors are also encouraged to attend this site visit. Information on how to register for this site visit is below:1. Offerors are expected to meet @0900 on the 13th and 14th of April. Both days have been reserved depending on how much ground is covered and how many offerors are present at the site visit. Location of the site visit: Rock

Offerors are can bring NO MORE than 4 personnel per contractor (to include their subcontractors and teaming partners) and AT LEAST one of the personnel MUST BE a UXO specialist, and their qualifications must be sent to Mr. James Hug at least 7 calendar days before the site visit occurs, CC the contract specialist Michael G Robinson as well. Be advised that COVID-19 social distancing and masks will be required at all times.Task orders will be issued as firm-fixed price based on the requirements of the PWS at various known or suspected MMRP or HTRW sites. The exact locations of specific projects will be designated under each Task Order PWS.The MATOC period of performance shall be for a 3 years base period, and one two (2) year option period. Total length of the contract will not exceed five (5) years from date of contract award.The acquisition be awarded by using the procedures contained in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, using the Best Value Tradeoff method of Source Selection procedures requesting written technical and price proposals submitted for evaluation
