Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to issue a modification under contract no. AID-667-C-14-00001 Toward Enduring Peace in Sudan (TEPS) to extend its period of performance by 24 months, and increase its Total Estimated Cost (TEC) by $20.5.
