Description: This requirement provides weapon system management, logistics support, maintenance, overhauls, failure analysis, repair and modification of systems, subsystems and
components of the Conventional/Air Launched Cruise Missile Test Instrument Kit (CATIK), telemetry payload test set and portable flight line tester. This effort maintains a database of failed components, type of failure and maintenance history; provides failure analysis to include details on proposed repair and associated costs; identification of trends and probable causes and recommends solutions (e.g. technical order changes, testing procedure changes, and hardware/ software changes), and provides unique spares, support equipment, storage of spares and spares deployment. Additionally, the CATIK provides telemetry information and flight termination capability to a range control officer in support of requirements.15.
