the inspection, structural analysis, and development of repair, rehabilitation, or replacement requirements for the County’s six (6) water storage facilities as well as two (2) water storage tanks owned by the Town of Galena and one (1) water storage tank owned by the Town of Millington (both Towns are located in the County). There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. All questions and inquiries regarding the terms of this RFP should be submitted in writing/email to Michael S. Moulds, P.E., Director of Kent County Public Works and Director of Purchasing for this procurement, at mmoulds@kentgov.org no later than 4:00 pm on January 11th, 2024. Bids are due by 11:00 am on January 18th, 2024, at which time all submitted bids will be publicly opened at the Kent County Department of Public Works, located at 709 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620. Please note page 25 of the bid document (the bid price sheet) must be sealed in its own envelope within the bid packet being submitted.
