As a public agency with forward thinking plans and initiatives, an important aspect of marketing and outreach efforts is ‘Stakeholder Engagement’. Local, committed stakeholders are vital to promote the service, improve local presence, and activate communities to ride the train. Stakeholder education meetings, presentations, and partnerships will be a key component to the marketing efforts. Stakeholders can be classified as community leaders, organizations, businesses, and local media. Additional details and requirements are provided in Section 5 “Scope of Work” of this RFP.
