NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 1/5/2024On November 15, 2023, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern revocation of marijuana acceptance and transportation.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on December 6, 2023, and are effective on January 5, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
