Scope of Work SCOPE: furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to remove and restore approximately 2,300 CF of corroded concrete, repair structural concrete corbels and cracks; apply approximately 3,100 SF of new protective coating systems to restored areas and existing concrete flooring, replace sections of aluminum handrails to facilitate concrete repairs, replace corroded concrete stair nosings, with all associated work required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: 10:30AM, Tuesday, February 4,2020. Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended.
