FPC Yankton is seeking all responsible Roofing Contractors, that can be identified as a small business, per FAR Part 19, for a complete repair of Durand Hall roof. While we are dedicated to the upkeeping of our facilities, we would like to contract out this requirement, in order, to meet the needs of our institution and support a small business entity that is most advantageous to the Government.
