The¿Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University (KSU) is providing public notice of its intent to select a supplier to provide the review and creation of staff and faculty¿compensation¿and classification plans.¿ These services will be utilized by the Human Resources department in the compensation study and validation of over¿eleven¿hundred (1150)¿staff jobs
and over thirteen hundred (1300) faculty positions at Kennesaw State University.¿ Kennesaw State University has the third largest student enrollment within the State of Georgia with 42,000 plus students as of Fall 2021.¿ KSU was established in 1963 as a small commuter college.¿¿ Currently KSU offers Bachelors¿,¿Masters¿¿and Doctorate Degrees.¿¿ We are an R2 Carnegie Designated university.¿ Along with our growing student enrollment, so have all our departments and colleges.¿¿ To stay competitive KSU needs to be able to offer compensation and classification packages commiserate with other competing career opportunities.¿ KSU is soliciting for a supplier to enhance pay structure and practices and to develop a plan to address any potential equity and compression issues.
