All firms interested in receiving further correspondence regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be required to complete a free registration using BidSync ( https://www.bidsync.com/bidsync-app-web/vendor/register/Login.xhtml ). All proposals must be received via BidSync by the Department of Finance at or before December 5 th, 2022. The preferred method for bid submission

is electronic via BidSync. However, if you wish to submit a paper copy, please submit it in a sealed envelope to the Department of Finance, City of San Luis Obispo, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401. Project packages and additional information may be obtained at the City’s BidSync website at www.BidSync.com .
