bids from polymer suppliers that have not undergone the prequalification and full-scale performance testing will not be accepted or reviewed.
Bench-scale laboratory jar testing will take place from
July 6 through July 23, 2021.
Full-scale performance testing will take place from
August 2 through August 27, 2021.
The City anticipates advertising for bids from
prequalified suppliers in September 2021 with a projected bid opening on
September 9, 2021.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the bid which is in the best interests of the City.
