2025-2029 Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) Development and Facilitation

The consultant shall provide support and facilitation services to evaluate, develop, provide data analyses, and obtain state and federal approvals of the 2025-2029 California SHSP and 2025-2029 SHSP Implementation Action Plan following and incorporating the Federal Highway Administration¿s Office of Safety guidelines and Safe System Approach, MAP-21, and FAST Act guidelines, National Highway Safety Administration Guidelines and American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) ¿Toward Zero Deaths¿ Program.
