Construction shall include, temporary shoring and fencing, dust control, demolition, removal and disposal of perimeter trellis, glulam beam replacement, exterior beam repair type I, type II. Construction shall also consist of retrofitting damaged exterior beams and trellis beam repairs, installation of new siding and painting the exterior of the building, installation of beam caps.
