Solicitation Description: The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is soliciting a Request for Qualification (RFQ) from Retail Electricity Providers (Provider).   The Provider(s) shall provide Retail Electricity Service for all TDCJ facilities in which competition for electricity is currently available.  The TDCJ anticipates award with a base contract term of one (1) year, three (3) years or five (5) years dependent upon resulting reverse auction.
