The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a limited competition basis for Brand Name Only tools for Gould Southern (60923) and their authorized distributors for JSF Tool Control in support of Prototype, Manufacturing, and Development Program (PMD) using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
