This Service agreement is for a RICOH multifunctional copies: one (1) Ricoh MP C4504, serial # C737M210469. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is: $2,000. The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on 3/31/2025. Any available funds balance not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Estimated quantities should not to be construed as representing

an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Quantities are estimated yearly totals. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under this Agreement and are for bidding purposes only: Maintenance and supplies expressed as a cost per copy and should include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts, supplies, etc... With the exception of paper and staples. The City of Columbus will only pay for copies made. No minimums or maximums. All size copies to be billed at the same cost per copy rate. The City of Columbus does not pay penalty or late fees. The maintenance and service shall be done according to the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance for the optimum quality of copy and performance of the equipment. Service to be done by qualified, certified technicians and will respond to service calls as follows. 1. Confirmation call to customer within 1 hour of the initial request. 2. Technician to be on-site within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the initial request, exception - if agreed scheduled appointment day/time was reached during confirmation call. Note: The City does not sign maintenance agreements since they tend to include terms and conditions that the City Attorney's Office will not approve. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
