Requirements (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of this procurement is to engage a consultant to complete this study. The primary purpose of the study is to identify, inventory, and assess across Sturgeon County, natural areas, and ecosystem components of environmental importance so they can be: 1) appropriately managed and 2) that may be sensitive to the potential impacts of future development. A secondary need is for the consultant to perform a Reserve Assessment.
