This Contractor shall provide the Airport with pertinent research data that will enable Key Executives and managers to understand customers' service and amenity priorities, identify service improvement priorities to guide resource allocation decisions, understand the impact of quality initiatives and investments and access performance-based data to help ensure accountability, reward excellent customer service, and correct unsatisfactory service. Bids will be accepted until 2pm (Central Time) on Monday, July 11, 2022. Responses must be submitted by the specified date and time. Pricing

shall include all costs to the Airport. Contract Term: one (1)-year period with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1)-year periods.
