The purpose of this request is to solicit a workforce management solution with a functional web-based and mobile application. The City seeks a system offering flexible methods of recording and tracking time and attendance that is available 24/7/365 to provide for automated time reporting for its approximate 350 employees who work varying shifts at several locations throughout the city.
