1712 Addendum 3 (CNLV Neighborhood Recreation Center Restroom Remodel)

Rehabilitation of the restrooms for the City of North Las Vegas (CNLV) Neighborhood Recreation Center. The work includes furnishing and installation of improvement elements including: flooring, concrete, electrical, plumbing, millwork, and other appurtenances as required to complete the project. The facility is located at 1638 N. Bruce Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 and was built in 1974. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $100,000 to $110,000.
