for Access Control.Fr ederick Community College (FCC)is seeking to enter into a service agreement with a qualified vendor for System Galaxy Access Control Services for buildings owned and/or operated by Frederick Community College. Services to be performed under this agreement include, but are not limited to, all software support, preventative maintenance, testing, repair and replacement services (“SS/PM/T/R&R”) for existing Access Control Systems. In addition, FCC may require support for projects and services beyond the scope of the service agreement. Additional projects and services shall be performed on a time and materials (“T&M”) and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (“IDIQ”) basis.A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Frederick Community College, Gambrill Hall, Room G206. Technical Proposals will be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on May 2, 2024.The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation.
