Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified Traffic / Transportation engineering firm, entity or individual (“Company”) to provide services for the development of fifty (50) individualized pedestrian and bicycles safety circulation action plans and customized safe routes to school reports for each public elementary and middle school citywide (“Services”). The successful proposer(s) should have significant experience preparing focused active transportation school circulation plans and studies of comparable complexity and scale. The City anticipates awarding one (1) contract to perform the services. There are two school districts in the City of Riverside – Riverside Unified School District (“RUSD”) and Alvord Unified School District (“AUSD”). This project consists of 35 schools in RUSD and 15 schools in AUSD.
