RFP 319000147 - Indoor Shooting Range Upgrades

The City of Surprise (the “City”) is seeking proposals from firms that are experienced in providing indoor shooting range equipment, materials, and installation. The Surprise Police Department is looking to upgrade our current indoor firearms system. The current firearms system includes a 25 yard, 5-bay targeting system with a cable driven retractable target carrier system together with a projectile collection system, a lighting system and other incidental items as noted in the below specifications. Our current indoor firearms system is approximately 11 years old. The overhead retractable target carrier system is a cable driven system with capabilities to turn left-right and can be controlled by a computer inside the current control room. With industry standards improving we are looking to replace the current firearms system with one that better fits the needs of the City.The approved budget for this Contract is approximately $100,000.00. The City intends to award a contract to an Offeror capable of providing all of the necessary services in accordance with the scope of work that fits within the City’s budgetary restrictions.
