This platform is intended to address the dynamic requirements of our student community. This platform will serve as a hub that will elevate student engagement, bolster student organizations, amplify campus activities, improve communication, and cultivate community development. The new platform will integrate the needs of other units within the Student Community & Leadership Development (“SCLD”), including but not limited to, a communication platform for new students to interact with student leaders and familiarize themselves with campus life. York University is open to both cloud-based

and hybrid solutions; however, a strong preference will be given to cloud-based solutions. York’s preference is to award one (1) qualified and experienced Proponent for the Work outlined in this RFP. York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.
