Basic Services. The purpose of the resulting contract is to establish the terms pursuant to which the Contractor agrees to accomplish the distribution and transportation of produce and other perishable subsistence as described herein. The required service shall encompass drayage of loaded reefer containers from designated port in Republic of Korea to a bonded cold storage facility, drayage of returned empty reefer containers to the ocean carrier at the port in Republic of Korea, performance of agriculture clearance service, cargo stripping, sorting and stuffing, and destruction, if required (due to spoilage or infestation, or following re-work services), plus transportation to consignees' door.
