Bulk Energy Storage Incentive Program (PON 4139)

NYSERDA’s Bulk Storage Incentive program provides financial support for new energy storage systems over 5 megawatts (MW) of power measured in alternating current (AC) that provide wholesale market energy, ancillary services, and/or capacity services. Systems may be interconnected at the transmission, sub-transmission, or distribution level and may provide distribution services in addition to wholesale services. Incentive funds will be deployed through a NYSERDA-administered declining incentive. Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2025.
