The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Thermetrics LLC, located at 4220 24th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98199-1216, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).Thermetrics LLC is the only known vendor offering annual scheduled preventative maintenance, as well as unlimited on-site service for repair of equipment, unlimited technical and remote support during core office hours, and supply spare parts and software upgrades required for full performance of the dynamic sweating guarded hot plate (D-ISGHP,Hotplate 431, Thermetrics LLC) system.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334513 and the size standard is 750 employees.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
