Training shall conform to the specifications contained in section 2.5.1 of the IFB. 11 First Renewal Period - Percentage Increase 1.00 percent Description: The vendor must indicate below the maximum allowable percentage of price increase applicable to the renewal option period. If a percentage is not quoted (i.e. left blank), the Department shall have the right to execute the renewal option at the same price(s) quoted for the original contract period. Statements such as “percentage of the then-current price” or “consumer price index” are NOT ACCEPTABLE. All increases shall be calculated against the ORIGINAL contract price, NOT against the previous year’s price. A CUMULATIVE CALCULATION SHALL NOT BE UTILIZED.
