Brand Reference: Lifeloc Regulator or functional equivalent   9 Instructor Training - Onsite             1.00  session   Description:   As requested by the Department, the contractor must provide instructor training to select Department staff. Training shall provide specific details outlining how to be operating training instructors. Training shall be conducted onsite at the CTCC location. Prices shall conform to the specifications contained in section 2.5.1 of the IFB.  10 Instructor Training - Webcam             1.00  session   Description:   As requested by the Department, the contractor must provide instructor training to select Department staff. Training shall provide specific details outlining how to be operating training instructors. Training shall be conducted at no cost via webcam. Training shall conform to the specifications contained in section 2.5.1 of the IFB.   11 First Renewal Period - Percentage Increase             1.00  percent   Description:   The vendor must indicate below the maximum allowable percentage of price increase applicable to the renewal option period. If a percentage is not quoted (i.e. left blank), the Department shall have the right to execute the renewal option at the same price(s) quoted for the original contract period. Statements such as “percentage of the then-current price” or “consumer price index” are NOT ACCEPTABLE. All increases shall be calculated against the ORIGINAL contract price, NOT against the previous year’s price. A CUMULATIVE CALCULATION SHALL NOT BE UTILIZED. The percentages indicated below shall be used in the cost evaluation to determine the maximum financial liability to the Department.   12 Second Renewal Period - Percentage Increase             1.00  percent   Description:   The vendor must indicate below the maximum allowable percentage of price increase applicable to the renewal option period.
