Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 03/28/2022 at 0700 PDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Salient Characteristics (see attached SF-18).
