Other Details The Bidder must have five years’ consecutive experience in providing landscape and grounds maintenance services for commercial, institutional and/or industrial facilities (no-residential). Notes Bidders must possess a current Class C-27 Contractor License and a valid California Pest Control Operator’s license at the time of submitting bids.
