All work associated with the RTU replacement is to be substantially completed and the system fully operational by August 15, 2025. The Estimated Construction Cost: $4,090,000. DCAMM Certification is required. Sub-contractor bids are due on 4/25/2024 and HVAC Prime bids are due on 5/9/2024 at the Public Service Administration Window, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 until the deadlines at 3:00PM at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the adjacent Charles River Room.
