Street, Richmond Hill and other HYI properties, as required.A general, and not necessarily complete or exact description of the Work is as follows:Security services including physical security on-site presence and surveillance through in person building patrols and surveillance of security camerasOn-demand security services at HYI properties including assistance with building emergencies, fire watches, and key holder services.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall comply with all provisions of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 (PSISA) (Ontario Bill 159) and regulations thereunder, including the maintenance of all licenses required under the PSISA.
