The City is requesting that the selected firm begin with projects assisting the City with architectural services related to upgrades to the William Allen White Civic Auditorium and the Emporia Public Works facility on Hatcher Street. The projects are estimated to be limited to less than $2,000,000 in costs and some master planning may be involved in the architectural services rendered.
